Mick Aw
Mick, Director, has some 25 years of experience in M&A, IPO, RTO and corporate restructuring having been involved in assignments for various groups over a cross section of diverse industries. In addition, he has been involved in investment and private equity transactions working in conjunction with various groups in this industry. Mr Aw managed through his investment funds is also involved in start-ups and equity funding of businesses at the mezzanine level.
Mick previously worked with large accounting and consultancy firms in Sydney and Singapore. He was admitted to partnership in 1984 in Singapore and was Partner in charge at various times of Audit, Corporate Finance and Corporate Recovery. In 1989, he joined Moore Stephens LLP, heading the Corporate Finance division. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of MS Corporate Finance Pte Ltd.

Bernard Juay
Bernard has over 20 years of working experience in the accounting profession. During his career with Moore Stephens LLP, he has been involved in various corporate recovery assignments in liquidation, scheme of arrangement and judicial management. He has also undertaken a number of special engagements including share valuation, business divestment, debt and corporate restructuring, litigation support, financial forecasts review and pre-IPO consultancywork.
Bernard joined MS Corporate Finance Pte Ltd in 2005 from Moore Stephens LLP and has since been involved in various corporate finance advisory transactions on acquisition, divestment, voluntary delisting, takeover offer, whitewash resolution and interested person transactions.
Bernard obtained his ACCA qualification in 2000 and is currently a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK.
